You may also set an unlimited number of alerts per contact to remind you of important dates and appointments. Use the automated mail merge feature to produce form letters to any number of contacts you select. You may even print mailing labels just as easily. The full version allows you to export and import contacts via XML technology, so you keep your copies (home and office) synchronized with the latest contact information, or even to share your contact information with assistants and associates.
